What does FindABed cost?
Nothing, for the people placing — social workers, discharge planners and families search, ping and track placements free, forever. Providers list and claim their page free too: no referral fee — free during our pilot.
How does the ping work?
Select every home that fits and send one referral to all of them at once. Each provider gets a message with the care type, county and payor — never personal details — plus a secure link to the full referral. They reply YES, NO, or WAIT from any phone, with no login and no app.
Is patient information protected?
Yes. Names, dates of birth and clinical notes never travel in a text message, an email subject, or a URL. Those live behind a secure link that logs every view, and the social worker who sent the referral can see that log.
What if a home is full?
A provider can answer WAIT 3 to say roughly three weeks, and that estimate lands on your referral board next to the homes that said yes. A three-week wait at the right home often beats an open bed at the wrong one.

Your home is most likely on the map already — we list every licensed facility in the state from the LARA records. Claiming takes a few minutes: find your facility, confirm you run it, then add photos and rates. Nothing about your listing changes until you say so.
